About the role: 

Are you ready to dive into the vibrant world of media? As our newest Account Coordinator, you'll join a fun, collaborative, and supportive sales team based in Port Macquarie.  

This entry-level position is your gateway into the media industry, where you can learn, grow, and start making an impact right away. When we say, "entry level," we mean it! We're all about finding the right person with the right skills, even if you don’t have tons of experience. If you're passionate about a career in media and have a strong ambition for a career in media sales, we want to hear from you!  

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Assist Account Managers with detailed and timely administrative tasks, keeping everything running smoothly and effectively. 

  • Deliver top-notch service by responding to client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally. 

  • Work closely with the sales team, supporting account activity and internal reporting.  

  • Get creative with designing and preparing client proposals, managing bookings, and generating exciting campaign reports. 

  • Be an active participant in the creative process, handling briefs, client approvals, and material instructions. 

  • Step up as a key contact in the absence of the Account Manager, ensuring client needs are met with a customer-centric approach. 

Experience We’re Looking For: 

  • A genuine interest in the media industry with a desire to build a career in media sales is essential!  

  • A proactive and enthusiastic team player who’s excited about new challenges and learning opportunities. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. 

  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills. 

  • A keen eye for detail with strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
